The new-build family house is located in the wider centre of the municipality. It is a two-storey building without a cellar, but with a flat roof situated on a gentle slope. The total built-up area is 280 m2. It is a detached house on the street front.

The house is designed as minimalistic and functional. It is a composition of materials of individual spaces and functions where the generous living space, which is connected to “cubes” of quiet living areas or service sections, is the heart of the house. The solution is based on the possibilities of the estate, client’s requirements and terrain configuration. From the constructional point of view, the building is designed as a brick wall with horizontal constructions from the reinforced concrete.
