We will help with the choice of suitable premises for your business, from negotiations with the real estate agency to technical analysis and accurate assessing of the space.

Subsequently, we will design a bespoke specific space and in the variant solution according to the specific design solution. Our design team will realize the selected option in the form of project documentation according to all relevant standards and including all specialized projects. It includes a Bill of Quantities for supplier tender, and simultaneously, we can recommend you proved cooperating realization companies.

We are particular about meeting all deadlines and agreements and cooperation with all interested parties, we interconnect and communicate, we link vision with reality, therefore, we are LINK.

We will permit the project legislatively at the relevant authorities throughout the Czech Republic and approve it with the owner, administrator of the premises, and you can start realizing it according to the implementation project documentation with the selected supplier under the pre-set conditions. We are also with you even during the implementation – as the author’s supervision, or we can provide technical supervision, too. Ensuring the service of final inspection, or documentation of the real implementation is the matter of course, and you can also present the completed store in the photos of our professional photographer.
