This is a design of a family house on a plot with a view of the Světlov palace in the town of Bojkovice.

The design responds to the sloping nature of the estate and narrow plot. The house has one above-ground and two underground floors. Each floor is oriented towards the view of the valley and the palace. The living room with the kitchen is atypically situated on the first underground floor. The façade of the house is designed as a brick; the elements respond to the legacy of folk architecture. The house tries to merge into the terrain and nature while offering generous interior spaces for the life of a modern family.
