As part of our plan to redesign the existing call centre in Ústí nad Labem, we created a concept based directly on the smart grid, which is applicable anywhere within the Future Connect grid. The concept is based on interweaving the space with this grid in several dimensions; within the entire building, we always work with a regular triangular grid from which a modern, collective and living space for O2 Future Contact is created; it is done by connecting to higher shapes in the ground plan area and space, as well as social interaction. 3D objects grow from the grid, forming a space of both a separate open space with individual teams and O2 Hub space. The smart grid space – which will include a customer, operator, superior or just random visitor in every place.

The entire open space is designed to create the best working environment in the field, with the secondary feeling that it is not a classic working environment.
